Default WDS does not index some outlook folders

I am using WDS 3.01 with Outlook 2003 and Windows XP SP2. I use a number of
..pst files for archiving and organizing email. WDS can find email items
located in folders or subfolder inside the .pst, but does not find items
loacted directly in the root folder. I recently upgraded from WDS 2.6. With
the old version all items, including items on the root folder of the
different .pst files, were correctly indexed.
Regards,
