Hello, WDS is not indexing my outlook 2007 emails. While everything seems allright (install ok, wds activated in outlook, pst file duly recognised by WDS...), all searches within outlook end with a null result. WDS cannot seem to find any email after a brief search... I indexed and indexed again, I uninstalled and installed again... always the same (absence of) result. Can someone help me ? I have this problem only with items in the root folder of .pst. Items stored in folders and subfolders below the root are indexed all right. Unfotunately not. All items, wherever they are in the .pst tree, are not indexed. The whole content of the pst file is ignored...
