Default I receive "General HTTP error: Domain name not found", although my site works normally

Some months ago I created site http://english.pwn.co.il/
Soon it appeared in Google Index.
But recently it disappeared for no apparent reason (I didn't change
the contents).
When I try to add this site via form Webmaster Tools
https://www.google.com/webmasters/to...testatus?hl=en I receive
"General HTTP error: Domain name not found", although the site works
normally and it presents at yahoo (http://search.yahoo.com/search?
p=english.pwn.co.il&toggle=1&ei=UTF-8&fr=yfp-
t-501&vst=0&vs=english.pwn.co.il)
What is the matter?
