i just want to ask about google Rules my friend's site got banned by google and now he is offering it for sale i want to buy it but i want to make sure that i can get google back is that possible
i need to know When google disable google adssense from the site is this banned goes for the owner of the site or it goes for the site only?
if it goes to the owner with his IP address Is that mean i can apply to get google to the same site again ?
if it goes to the site is that mean he can apply for google if he creat another site?

This is a bit tricky because it involves the IP address issue. As what I know the sites get banned cannot reapply for Google Adsense Publisher program again because it is kind of blacklisted. My advice is that you contact Google Adsense team and ask this question to them, you will get replied within 3 working days. Tell them that you are going to buy the website and interested to start a new Google Adsense program on it.

what if you try to check the current status of that site by google. check that site whether it's banned by google or nope. if it's banned you'll make such hole o your pocket!

waht do you mean by (it involves the IP address issue) do you think they banned the IP address from applying again with another site??
i always thought that they banned the site not the owner but i am not sure of that

I have no idea about adsense, but i have 1 idea..
Before buying, tell that guy to put adsense and show, if he cant, dont buy it.
