You need high paying keywords to get paid better..try searching from the net for the latest list of High Paying Google Adsense Keywords..that will help and some earn $1-$100 from a click...one of them is me :>

Well, it is really hard to predict how much would you earn per click since it all depends on the ads. The choice of keywords would also matter. I think by now you already know that contents on webpages and blogs will always matter on the kind of ads place on your blogs. Though you can also choose referrals. Another option would be to add a google search bar on your blog or webpage. Practically, I am earning the same as what you have mentioned per click.
