Actually it looks like Google has pushed Wikipedia entries to or near the
top of most search terms for which there is a Wikipedia entry, often
outweighing far more legitmate sources of information.

I don't believe Google ranks based on the number of clicks. I think that
Google has reached some kind of agreement with Wikipedia.
