Hmm no I remember having seen it too, but i belive the voucher is for just 25 CAD, so i would advise you to go and sign up on the swedish link instead.. that would give you $50, USD | ||

LOL why would it be, if you own alot of websites or you are a webmaster then you would want more than one account, ok I wouldnt go over the top on doing it but 2 or 3 wouldnt really matter, if you think about it Google are getting there name out even more with doing this, and they know that so they turn a blind eye  | ||
