I think, results from the tool are not much correct, it has given me different results for the same keyword.
Better check your ranking at particular SE.

welll i generally use this tool to get the ranking report of my sites


about keyword yeah For SEO we should use the less competetive keywords and in my opinion for PPC we should use highly competetive keywords
