anyways..now come to your question...

1. Search Engines give benifits to site(page) which have more PR than same page(duplicate page).

2. Search Engines give benifits to site(page) which is old.

3. Benifts will goes to site which have more indexed pages.

Google does NOT ban sites for using duplicate content, unless they are trying to scam the SERP's on one domain. The duplicate filter is a FILTER NOT a Penalty it filters out duplicate pages at the time of search to ensure duplicates are not shown in the serp's NOT in its index.

I agree . Big websites receive a smaller penalty for dupe or other "mistakes" . I think they have something like a reputation for each website , if you have a good reputation (old website , always with new content and lots of good backlinks) .

In order not to have problems with this , when you write an article kepp it a few months on your website so google can index it , also a few external links will make you the owner .

I have also read that if you have a forum on your website that is doing well that this can also help with duplicate content not being as bad looking to the SE's
