You could use adwords to bget your self more traffic by just paying for all the cheap click rate keywords, but with that you will not get targeted traffic.

I would personally never pay for ads. Why should you, when you don't have too! Here's an excerpt from one of my blog posts that may help,

"1. Write Articles
If you know alot about your subject write a one or two page article on something related to it. The submit it to sites such as Ezinearticles.com. After submitting my site there, I have seen my article on hundreds of sites. The best part is, You get a link to your site at the bottom. Thus increasing search engine rank and a way for users to find your site.



2. Message Boards
Find some other related forums and post your link there. Don't spam forum boards! What you can do is post good, quality posts but include your site in your sig.



3. Trade Links
This can be VERY dangerous. DO NOT trade links with any site. You will want to trade links with high-quality sites that have a pagerank of at least 3-4. Also, make sure the site you are trading with is about your subject. Because the users at the other site are interested in real estate, they may see your link and want to come to it. However, if you trade with just any random site, Google and other search engines notice this and can call your site a 'link farm.' BAD NEWS! My suggestion is only trade links with up to a MAXIMUM of 6 sites. Bottom line, Make sure they are related sites and they have decent pagerank and some visitors."
