Avoid Cheating Adsense - A few reasons why!

Yep exactly, but i have come across a very nasty group of cheats online.. one's who only work to get other adsense publishers banned.

If they find out you minting... then they just start proxy clicking their way to banning you out..

So my advice to all of you is.. use something on the lines on adsense click safe. And keep a track on proxies so that you can ban clicks from em.

I am doing the same and currently have about 90,000 proxy list. It helps to avoid serving ad's to these blacklisted ip's.

if i have a site and i'm in USA, my seo company residesi n different region other than USA, when they click on the ad's, how can my site be banned then? if so what is the criteria then?

If google traces that your "SEO" has any administrative right or the clicks are not in good faith it does have the right to terminate you. The use extensive technology and would be very easy to find where the clicks originated.. and also the history of that particular "IP".

If your company clicks your ad I'd say its plain simple cheating. You should avoid it as google is becoming more intolerant to even the slightest of fraud clicks.

There is another aspect of this cheating (of any kind) on the internet. It is totaly "practical" view. Let's say that someone send you e-mail or PM you: "If you won't do this and this, I will report you to admin of the site or forum where you are the member and will tell him that you're the cheater. I will send false signups under your referal link.." and so on. You can't do nothing against him in most cases. But if you know that you didn't do anything wrong, you can also write to that admin and tell him your story. In most cases admin will believe you. It happened to me and to my friend also...all ended O.K.
