Please if you submit free link submit it to appropriate categories.

If you decide to pay for inclusion then top-level and second-level categories are open for your websites !

I approve almost all websites but be sure that if there is some trash it goes directly to trash without even thinking about it. RSS feed sites with no real content are just not worth looking and don't give anything to internet.
