Default Assassin's Creed: Interesting choice of author to pen the book trilogy

http://www.gamestooge.com/2007/03/13...-book-trilogy/

UbiSoft has hired Steven Barnes, a television writer who wrote for such
shows as Andromeda, Twilight Zone, and The Outer Limits (including his
Emmy-winning teleplay for "A Stitch in Time") as well as the novel Lion's
Blood, to pen a trilogy of books based on their hotly anticipated upcoming
game Assassin's Creed.

For someone who's written for The Twilight Zone and The Outer Limits,
Assassin's Creed seems an interesting story, especially in light of certain
leaked details, hm? Especially considering the plot of the aforementioned
award-winning episode "A Stitch in Time": "Michelle Forbes plays FBI agent
Jamie Perrin, who is trying to connect the dots in a murder case spanning
half a century."
