Well I think that trying to copy youtube ultimately will either result in a poor service or you will be financially down. I remember people used putfile etc. before youtube then YT somehow took off, and other players have emerged like dailymotion but really none are going to catch on as much. If it's for your own use then fair enough however I highly doubt you're gonna have a huge site with loads of users naturally with a clone. Also you'd have to think of the cost of getting a dedi server (or VPS, initially) the specs you'd need and the bandwidth. Having said that, does phpmotion let you use your own watermarks etc.? | ||
