Graphics request Challenge

Okay i am looking for a small header logo, totally freedom to the feel and look. Within some guidelines
Okay i need the name Celtic_Dragon, designed in celtic knots,preferable, the header is to fit onto the following image

Background Image

If it can be kept in line with the theme of celtic and possible color, all the border images are freeware, and are spilt into corners,top, middle,

Extra brownie points for modding the name into the top border.

okay..eh... I don't get it totally..
You want a little header, that fits on that image you posted, saying Celtic_Dragon (in celtic knots). the background has to fit with the image...
But what about the "all the border images are freeware, and are spilt into corners,top, middle"....?
and do you mean by "modding the name into the top border" ....
sorry.

but can you please explain?

Hi sorry too much info, just saying the border images are freeware so can be edited if req.
I was think it may look pretty nice to get the name celtic_dragon in the knotwork flowing from top border,interlaced with it, ____Celtic_Dragon______ kinda thing, just letting ppl know the top border is split into three images so the middle one can be replaced to create the even flow. or the sides if that was where the header was to go
