Logo Needed

Hello, i am the president of a Halo 2 production company. We are starting to film and produce videos, and spread our name. We are in dire need of a logo. I have an idea of what i want it to look like. I can obviously only get so far with ms paint. If someone wanted to make this logo, then that would be great. It is pretty simple. the pictures are below
