| Is it possible to make a 'Fill'? I use Corel's sky fills quite often but the clouds are a bit dramatic. Can I take my own picture and use that as a fill? If so how? Regards and thanks Patrick ps corel 11 | |||

The generated ones are extremely tuneable and can be saved as a new fillname if you create an effect you like. You can also edit the .csc files and the bitmaps used for some of the others. Once you identify the type of fill your "clouds" is, google for tutorials on creating your own... it isn't at all difficult.

Thanks for the response Lon but I'm afraid I'm a dimbo it's bounced off my cranium! I have a Jpeg of a nice blue sky. Can you take it from there? Do I save it as a BMP, where do I save it etc ?? Thanks Patrick Thanks

| Patrick, Click on the fill tool then do Ctrl+Backspace to bring up the "Edit Fill & Transparency window. Select the Bitmap Fill and click the Edit button. In the BitMap fill window click on the "Load" button. Navigate to your own cloud picture and click the "Open" button. You can now use *your* clouds as a fill. Hope this helps.
