What a computer do I need for havy drawings

Dear Fellows,

I draw gardens for my customers with coreldraw 10 and I have the next
problems

Often my computer get to start work slow when I have been working for a few
houres en my drawing is getting a little more have bycause a lot of groups
of stones (for parking sites and streets), shadows and import pictures get
in to the drawing.
My computer has a memory off 256 mb and a 2mgh processor
How can tell me what is rong with my equipment and wy it works often so
slow?
And most important what shoot I buy when I buy a new computer for drawings?

In general,
Looking for the most powerful video card
Faster & Bigger HD (SCSI if have budget.)
Fastest & Best quality RAM (one piece of 512 mb) choose some BRAND name
(Corsair, OCZ etc...). No generic.
What OS do you use?
