Default Best Way to do this

Hi

I am trying to create a logo which will look like a circuit board.
For example I want to create letters on a Printed Circuit Diagram and the
letter will look like they are created from Solder.

Has anyone got any ideas on how I can best achieve this on Corel Draw or
PhotoPaint.

Thanks
