Please help me improve this picture!

Hi, I made this picture out of Photoshop:

Please I need lots of your help and suggestions to improve the picture. Please point out tutorials if necessary. I have both Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro. A million thanks in advance!

Well it's good in your point of view right? Gee Thanks!! Well I'm been pressured by other graphic works which looked amazing... no more than dat...

Well another thing is when dat picture is small it looks good but if it's bigger it looks a bit worse like this one:

Another thing is I want to display the picture somewhere and I want it to be the best graphic work I've ever done!

OK I see, well looking at it to me when it was small yes it looked good and not bad when big. But there is to much going on within the picture also you have done alot of blends by playing with the capacity (it looks like that)

I would really say that its time to play with the brushes and start that way, do you have any more work that we can look at so maybe we can point some good and bad points out to help you?

or why not play with some brushes and show us then we can point some stuff out, any questions please ask and I would love to help as I also have PS and PSP 9

Thanks for offering to help I'm delighted!! Well I blended the picture in with playing around with opacity and feathering the pictures. Well I abosolutely don't get it what you mean by using brush work in the picture can you give me ideas?

Well I want to improve the picture a bit make it look cool maybe. Maybe, add effects and some brush work (I dunno wat you mean by adding brush work, really) and make it look better cause all I've done pretty much is blending. I've pretty much run of of ideas really so I need your help...

Whoa, You didn't have to do that though. That's far more than I can do!! Thanks! But really I just need the picture with more things added it to it (by this I mean just the picture itself maybe some things sticking out of a border and dat's it):

And add bits to it what you've done is really to much but I love it anyway! Well since I might be displaying it I can't put my credit on your picture! So please tell me stuff to make my original look a bit better, yours is actually too much O.o (but great work anyway). Well I think it's enough with effects I like the picture just the way it is but maybe add a bit more brush work as you suggested (please tell me wat ya mean by dat).
