status images for web site.

Hello.

I'm looking for some status images 20px by 20px or so for an intranet
site. Right now i'm using some homemade ones i made with paint brush
to indicate status with colors. Plain round image in Green for Ready,
Red for Fail, Blue for Done, white for No status and yellow for
pending information. The images look shaby. I found some cool 3d
looking ico files, but they look awful when rendered. I converted them
to PNG, but they dont work as they don't have transparent backgrounds.
I'm no graphics designer, more of a web database backend guy.
