Does anyone know how to reduce a color photo to about four and clean it up so the lines are sharp and clear? I have a color picture of dog that I want to reduce to about 4 colors with shades of black and brown. Then I want to clean up the photo to make the lines really clear (it is kind of fuzzy now). Any ideas??? | ||
