start a game as normal,
bring down the console hit ~ button, a screen should pop down from the top
type in sv_cheat 1
this enables cheats, so you can now enter the cheat any time u want.
hit ~ again to close the console

try pressing the button left next to the number 1 or failing that
try pressing shift + ~
really depends on keyboard setup

yeh it comes up with consol , i type in sv_cheat 1 then play the bots then i type in wot i want then nothink happens still

ive got some of the cheats to work . but the one on its own saying fly and god , those one dosent work where is says bot_ bla bla bla when i type that in it works , but why is that ?

pass on that one afraid, cheats not working can be either bad command ie you typed it wrong or a bad cheat. Some may also be specfic to the game version u are playing
