Counter strike, its old but good why?

what are your thoughts and reviews on this game, I would love to here what you think is the best part about the game, we all know it a old game but its still going strong and will be going for a long time by the looks of it, but why do you think this is?

Its just a classic game and always will be, its so easy to understand but can be very difficult at the same time.

It will probably be played for many years to come, i hope Call Of Duty turns out the same lol

Classic i believe as it is in the realms of a free game so to speak, also it has very good and realistic game play, how long will it be around for well as it looks like half life 2: is gonna turn into a series the chances are it will be around for a long long time, shame to say donnt think call of duty2 will not really a game that has got what it takes

I guess the reason why counter strike still remain as a good game is that because they are the first to popularized the RPG action platform. Before CS, I think the popular games are the strategy ones like starcraft, warcraft, or command and conquer. When CS became a hit, the strategy games dwindled. Even Diablo2 didn't exceed the popularity of CS. Well I based my comments in my area. I don't know what happened in other countries.

Im playin cs at the moment and I just cant get into it? I asked loads of people before I bought it just to make sure and everyone raved on about it

CounterStrike is crazy, my friends and I play it after out lab sessions at Uni. It's isn't complicated and quite addictive.

it aint that good, lol you can kill someone with a shotgun from like 100000miles away and who ever said it was realistic..... you blind lol it the most unrealistic game ive played, its just comical to play its too easy thats all i can say
