training nights and clan matches!

hi everyone
before i start i did not come of COD2 last night cause i was fed up, we had a power cut at home so im sat there waiting for the power to come on and it werent happaning so i decided to go to bed the min i got in bed it came back on so i rushed down stairs started the comp got on TS and it was dead , u all went off really early wots up with you!!!...
Any way this brings me to my next thing the turn out was ok but could of done with being better, i know a few people could'nt make it and had told me before had so they are exused, but for the rest of you madmax had changed the dates so as that you could turn up as u couldnt make it before..so thats was a bit up setting... and i guess by the feeling that you all went at about 10.15 i guess you was all bored..so...
i have an idea( came form kad ) of maybe instead of having training days maybe turn them into clan matches, at the same time we are training and it would make it more exciting for others and think that maybe there would be better turn out and make us look like pro's(not that we are allready ).
Idont know how this would be done with closing the server as there is a password and we dont want them getting hold of that, but is there any other way?
so if people like the idea and all agree on it could u please say so and reply also could u vote yes or no, if this turns out to be a good idea and the members like the idea then myself and craig (Twister)-(subject to him saying yes) will scout the other server's looking for clan matches and replying on there forum's putting forward some matches.

Exlantion of my decsion. last nite was very quiet compared to the members that are in the clan.
1) I donnt think that clan matches are the way to go as training, once in a while yes it would be good.

My idea would be to have all the Clan members on 1 side and force joe public to be the enemy,
This way the clan can talk and work as 1 without feeling delafted by losing an offical match. and also holds back against ppl not turning up. Clan matches are matches and if you combine them with training it may become ppl wonnt make the extra effort to turn up thinking it is only a training game when if fact a match may be on.

I think the clan needs more time playing together on the same side helping each other, getting tatics working, instead of snoopping on TS to try and win the game.

I voted yes, but only in the way that I meen if we have training and matches, I feel that people in the clan are getting fedup of not having any matches and think its time we have some like maybe one min a week also get them booked in advance so we all no intime and can see who is going on etc etc.

I have allready started trying to get mtahces for use, and think that any one can do this that is in the lcan aswell. we are ment to have 17 in our clan and just 8 of use was on last night

the idea of training matches is good as it will get the players used to the intensity that can come from matches but there shud also be normal training, maybe putting the match at the end of normal training givin us something 2 look forward to. so i said but we may need to have proper training before

im sorry but i voted no . the reason being is that clan training has got to be between the clan, because we ahve to discuss tactics etc etc, i know we have not discussed tactics and things yet but there is a reason to this, which is me and max are working on tactics on the maps which we have chosen as or home maps ( dont worry we will ask you members soon if you agree with us ) erm the tactics have not been worked on as much as planned lol but will be soon, once done we will all get back to you and will sort them out with you guys.

Also members who have been in clans before will know that tactics are something that can not been done just like that, they take time and determinaation between the people who are sorting them, i am also thinking of getting more people involved in helping with tactics, i will put a thread up soon... members will be chosend from people wh moslty turn up for training and can help

As for clan matches I dont care when they are as long as we have some soon but this meens getting some going and I am trying my best to get them my self but not doing all that well, can any one or every one also try please..
