recruiting!!

have spoken to Karl and was told that craig <<|M.K|Twister is the recruiting man for info, i was told that there was some rules which are:

1) u have to be 15 or over.
2) u will be asked to use team speak.
3) when signing up for training it does state that if u sign up, u are commiting urself for that night and time spent, so please make sure before u sign that u are able to attend!.
4) there is to be no bad swearing on chat.
5) who u recruit make sure that they seem nice and not causing arguments in the game as we do not want any bad reports.
6) also they have to be really good...play with them for a bit and watch there score.
7) and last but not least have fun.

If required it is possible to log the stats of potential new members/or those intrested in joing. so they can be present to the recruiters for anayliss
ie such as times played on server, kills, deaths etc

Okay say u have a mate who wants to join. Rather than saying to admins/recuiters my mate is really really good and wants to join plz plz plz. Basically got to take ur word for it.
I was suggesting that maybe their name be added to a list of potenial members. And the log files i am generating (see tests at http://www.backwebservices.co.uk/tem...&member=737621
for clan members could be adopted to log potential member stats. So the rest of the clan can view his creditentials to speak rather that just word of mouth and a small trial

i sort of understand so u mean rather than just go straight ahead and let them join put up a separate thread saying who has someone that would like to join and when u have a list of people . get them all together one night and have a look and c how good they are rather than just go by what somone has said.

if this was the case then if they were not aloud to reg then maybe have a section on the main MK home page asking all poeple that would like to join and have wot it takes to become a member, come along on a certain day and time(that has been put up on home page for people to see) and people that turn up we can take it from there.

but if there were aloud to reg then have someone make a thread asking all non M.K members to sign up to a EG: monday night that would like to take a trail to see if they can make the clan.

Some good ideas but off the mark of what i was saying. Say a guy come up plz let me join and i am your server allll the time and really really good.

His name can be added to a potential members list and my scripts will track his stats, from how many times he plays, kills,deaths, etc and from that log file the clan members can tell whether they are lying through their teeth or are rather good.

At the moment i am only tracking clan member stats.
