MMORPGs, do you play?

I've been playing these games for a few years now, starting with Legend of Mir 2, Lineage 2 and most recently WoW. I've probably played/beta tested 90% of the games on the market. I would have to say these kind of games are probably the most addictive of any games. What was your first mmorpg and are you still playing mmorpgs?

Ive played a few in my time on the net. T4C, EVE-Online, Everquest 2 & World of Warcraft. From the bunch EVE and WoW are the favourites, they do get pretty boring after a while if you dont play much else. Shame about the costs per month for these guys, if it wasnt so much I would have continued playing.

Yeah they can become a bit of a grind sometimes. I don't mind the monthly fee, I think playing in an online community is worth it.

The gaming fee is what repels me. There must be free MMORPGs out there.

I'm playing Silkroad Online currently. Its free, but like other free MMO's has options to buy "special" items ingame with real money.

Is there any other free online game aside from Silkroad Online?

Anarchy Online is Free, but with the option to buy the "expansion" packs needed for certain areas and aspects of the game.

Knight Online is free, (Dont try in my opinion, absolutley no customer support)

Kal online is another free mmo in medieval days.

Entropia universe is a sci-fi mmo set in the future, where items and such can be traded for real cash and vise versa.

i play world of warcraft, have a level 60 hunter on server thunderhorn am a officer in a guild on there. i did see that someone mentioned about a game for free like this one ,there is its called diablo its from the same makers of WOW (blizzard). take a look and c wot u think
