Public Smoker Feels The Wrath Of Powerseller!

I now see why they are banning pubic smoking in the US. This gentleman had
the audacity to light up in front of me and it wasn't even a hand rolled
Cuban cigar, but a cheap Dominican Republic one that smelled like dung and
rope.
