No. The cartridge he advertised was in perfect working condition.
It was not. Printer still works great and would not even recognize
it.

If he offered a refund and was honestly apologetic and you sent it
back and he did give you a refund I would leave him neautral
feedback. As your's got lost in the mail apparently, I would leave
him neutral feedback and collect on the insurance from the post
office.

I have to wonder who would insure a $13 ink cartridge. Must be a
person that is anal retentive to the 4th power.

Exactly why I was going to completely blow it off. But no
one has really stated at what dollar value they would nuke
the seller with negative feedback. I have heard every other
type of pontification though. Very interesting.

This isn't an ordinary ink cart. It's a bubble jet
cart but it's not for a Canon printer.

Any wonder why the printer wouldn't recognize it?

I don't think I have a dollar value on that as much as a "pissed off"
value. the only neg I have ever gotten or given out was when a non
payer's first response to my inquirey as to why he was not sending
payment was to say "Screw you and eBay too". And then he had the nerve
to threaten to ruin my perfect feedback rating if I gave him a non
payer strike.

I probably would have only been out about a dollar if I had just
ignored the slime ball and re-listed the item. I would have just let
it go and not gotten my first and only Neg but he pissed me off so I
gave him a nonpayer's strike and then he gave me a negative feedback
and then I gave him a negative.

I think it has a lot to do with how the other person responds to why
you are unhappy with a transaction.

Sounds like a modern day blues song to me. Do you want to colaborate
or just write it yourself?

That's me. Anal rententive to the third power.

In Canada, when you ship things you are automatically insured for like
$100.
