I sold an item on ebay and the customer paid via paypal..once i sent the phone to them, they claimed for an unauthorized accesss. They locked all my accounts, which had over £1000 in total!! Then i had to pay for their claim as well as losing my phone!! It's still not sorted and its been 2 months. They can lock my accounts for 6months without any valid reason too. There customer service is ****! They just generate the same automated messages to you. They truly are the ****ers of this planet.
