If you have opened a business account and you want to change it to a premier account i.e. for people who want to 'trade as' instead of actual businesses all you need to do is contact paypal via email requesting the change and they should sort it out for you within a few days.

I would like to open another account too but since its not allowed I will be just happy with my Standard account .

As far as your question goes I think that you are out of luck on this one because I am having the same problem and I am wanting to switch mine honestly because they are charging way to much in my opinion and I don't like it at all, and I tried to change mine, and I couldn't find anyway to do it, the only thing that I found while i was searching through paypal was how to open a new account and that would be my advice, just go and read the rules and make sure that its ok to open another account after cancelling your current account(pretty sure that it is but double check to just be safe)and then just open your new one as to what you want it to be.
