Do you want to sell your Paypal account? or You want to sell something via Paypal? Ebay is a free site you can join it but you also need to verify it.

You can join in Ebay for free. But if you want to buy something then you must have a paypal account. That means atleast your paypal account shoul have some CC assosciated with it. Same case for selling as well... | ||

And by the way, regarding your question, is it that you want to sell your paypal account on ebay? If so, I dont think you can sell such kinda things on ebay.... | ||
