Can I use my unverified paypal to buy goods from ebay. Can somebody guide me.

If it is just for buying items on ebay, you can use unverified paypal accounts to make all your payments.

Just the limits are the problem in an unverified paypal. You can enjoy all rights of buying and selling goods with Unverified Paypal

Yes you can buy using unverified paypal account. I tried it before. Only problem is the transaction limit.

You can buy whatever you want. But your final amont must be less than $100, unless you veryify your Paypal. Thats it.

I bought an ebook worth $40 from ebay and my paypal is not verified..so it can.

Like Anish said above, an unverified account had a $100 limit in your paypal account. If you had a verified account, your limit will be much higher. Depend on your credit card or bank account.
