In India ebay does not give provision to buy goods from ebay using paypal. In India it is called paisapal. Is there any way to buy goods using paypal not paisapal or is there any way to transfer money from paypal to paisapal. Please help

I think Paisapal is Paypal. As in Ebay India they have used the same logo as Paypal one in Ebay USA.

Then how to use paypal to pay in rupees. Does it automatically gets converted. Please help me I want to buy something from ebay through paypal.

Its the same way as the money gets converted from dollar to pound or vice versa. Just try using your paypal account and then you will have the normal payment options. The money you pay is automatically converted into the destination country currency. Ofcourse!!! You bear all the currency conversions.
