i dont use my card for Ebay, but then that limits my usage of my paypal cause i dont have money in it. i just dont like to give any of my details like bank, or debit/credit card numbers cause im scared of any keyloggers i dont know about

is there any other way to get cash into paypal, like for example use my phone credit to put money into paypal????

you can join some GPT sites which pay via pp and also you can cashout anyone have pp and he send you his pp acount you pay him to his cc or his bank account and he transfer money from his pp to yours

If you want security with payments then Paypal is as secure as they come. Remember you do not have to put money into your Paypal account to use it, you only need to register your debit card and that is that. No fees to pay for using your account that way.

You need security for making payments should anything go wrong. So it is best to have the security that ebay and Paypal provide.

It is my experience that when things do go wrong then they put in motion actions that you could not possible do yourself to resolve matters.
