certainly you accept the sellers terms including postage charges etc - its
when you discover after the event that postage charges (etc) were blatantly
used to pad the final price

Also depends on the wording. If the seller calls is just 'postage' then fair
enough but if is is described as 'postage & handling' or similar then there
is no way to argue the value of a handling charge so you should not.
