When I buy, I send a printed copy of the email from the seller, or Ebay invoice, with a properly done cheque. I've also bought a great deal of china and clothing, and have nearly always had excellent careful packing. Ali | |||

I've also bought a great deal of china and clothing, and > have nearly always had excellent careful packing. When I purchase anything on EBay, I also send a printout of the checkout page with my postal order. This serves 2 purposes as it provides the seller with all the info on the item I am paying for and it also contains my address for the sellers records. When I sell an item, I copy and paste the buyers address from the checkout page to label printing software. I print the address onto plain paper which I stick onto the packaging with Parcel tape. I used a recycled jiffy bag once because I had run out of new ones and the buyer complained to me when they had received it. I explained that I had run out of new ones and that the postage reflected that. Fortunately the buyer didn't leave neg feedback. They didn't leave anything at all!
