unless the buyer has paid for it on a credit card and does a chargeback
which the credit card company and paypal accepts you are pretty safe

A further safeguard is to obtain a certificate of postage from the post
office when sending a parcel, as PayPal's potential to remove money from
your account is considerably reduced if you can prove that you've sent the
item

Generally unless you're selling high price items you're not going to get
chargebacks
