UK ebay Free Listing day - how long to wait for rebates

I listed 20 items on the UK free listing day if you were paid by paypal.
Of those 20, 11 or 12 paid by paypal

All I have received is 3 credits for the auctions I listed on 7th July
for some strange reason.

Is anyone else in the same boat. It's a bit ridiculous having to wait
all of this time for the rebate

Mike,

I e-mailed this question at the end of June to eBay and received the
response that all rebates will be paid by July 31st - Which means they have
taken money from two billing cycles since that should not have been -
earning them thousands in interest, no doubt.

Anyway - it seems that in the UK they ballsed up the VAT changeover and
charged it on FVF of auctions set to run BEFORE the change - I received a
few rebates but NOT ONE apology!

thanks. checked mine but no rebate anywhere at all
