newbie

I want to bid on something on eBay and want to pay via Paypal. I am unlikely
to ever sell on it so is the ordinary account the right one to go for?
is it secure?

I just signed up for the ordinary account. I can pay what I need to without
the verification apparently, unless I read it wrong. I have applied for my
cc to have online access so I can get the number anyway.
