Why not deal with indonesia?

Highest rate of credit card fraud in the world I belive.

So someone buys the kit and pays by paypal. Paypal eventually find out
if was a fraudulent transaction (not YOUR fault) but freeze your account
and it's balance anyway. They then deduct the amount of the fraud from
your balance or YOUR credit card.

well it's not ebay experience, it's more - which countries seem to always
present dodgy credit card numbers to me -

most of south america, china, estonia

so my general (and it'll sound a bit racist to some, im sure) rule is - that
i dont accept credit card transactions, and wont open credit accounts for
anyone based anywhere other than - UK, USA, Spain, France, Germany,
Australia.

Why is that? Can't one wait till they receive payment before shipping the

because i have had transactions done through two stolen cards by
business men in indonesia which cost me near $100 US dollars. being a
small seller i can not afford to take the chance of being ripped of
like that by these ****s. nothing personal againsts indonesians but i
will not be dealing with any indonesians online.

there are also lots of laptop scams that been going on from indonesian
businessmen whch i have read about.
