And how did you send it, air or surface mail ? If you sent it surface mail, come back
and see us around mid September as surface mail can take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive.
Airmail can take a week. If your seller's inclusion of S/H was intended for within US
buyers he may well be sending your goods by surface mail to save money.

Have you established that he has recieved your payment ? until / unless you know
they've had it (the whole point of paying online) you can do nothing but wait.
