What happened with the seller who packed really well and the china got bust?

Just got an email from him, he moaned at the PO, got compensation, and is
sending me a *full* refund! I thought he was pretty good for trying, as it
really was not his fault, but this gets him more brownie points than the
whole faery realm.

I am most pleased.
