Non Paying Bidder

I sold an item on Ebay on the 3rd July, sent an invoice and then a reminder
5 days later. Buyer emailed me back following day saying he had been away
and would forward payment within the next three days. Nothing recieved so I
e.mailed again and sent a second invoice from Ebay. Still hear nothing whats
the next step please

receive no payment.
