| Hiya all Hopefully you guys / gals can point me in the right direction. At the end of June I won two auctions with the same seller, the total cost of the goods came to £13. I paid by cheque, which the buyer paid into his bank straight away. Since then all we've received is numerous email promising the dispatch of the goods tomorrow / next week etc. I think 6 weeks is more than enough time to wait for someone to wander down to the post office and post a parcel. So what are my options ? Any advice gratefully received. ScratUK | |||

Pull their phone number from Ebay and phone them up, no-one like being put on the spot and this seller is clearly messing you about. http://cgi3.ebay.co.uk/aw-cgi/eBayIS...mberSearchShow You might want to also make a report to Ebay. That means they have to travel there and if they don't show you automatically win. Handy if the seller is in Dorset and you're in Aberdeen. -- ________________________ Conor Turton conor_turton@hotmail.com ICQ:31909763 ________________________ | |||
