| MK PitStop Member | I recently listed my new phone on ebay for £50 GBP. An ebay user ( a new one I believe as he had zero feedbacks) bid it for £908 GBP and won the item. I then got a reciept from paypal saying that he had debited the money into my paypal account. When I confirmed with my paypal account and paypal office, I came to know that he has not transferred any money into my account. Ebay has now charged me £18 GBP as a final value fee as the item got bid and sold for a high value. But I havent received a single penny nor i can relist the item as the dispute has not been ended. The bills and all the payments that he made were completely fake. He is now bombarding my inbox with mails of 'Trust and Deciet'. Can anyone suggest anything as to what action would be the best at this time??? | ||

| MK PitStop Member | If he has not trasfered money to paypal then how did you get the notification from paypal that he has deposited the money to paypal. What was wrong. | ||

| MK PitStop Member | Thats the whole point. There is a fake association of people who exactly make fake receipts like paypal. The only difference is that with true Paypal people the money is credited first and then the item is shipped by the seller. In the fake paypal, they give a receipt that the buyer has paid for the item and then dont credit the money unless the item shipping number is given. | ||

| MK PitStop Member | This is the first time something happened like this to me assosciated with ebay. I dont know how many people out there are trying to cheat the new ebay sellers like this. But guess what, ebay didnt take any strict action about that bidder! | ||
