Buying from ebay, Always go through paypal AND always fund the payment via a Credit Card NOT debit card.

Any issues you can raise a paypal dispute, and worse case you can file complient with your credit card company and get your money back.

Any other method is risky,

i have not really tried to pay by paypal. but i think it is just fine to do that. i really dont' have a credit card. hopefully i can still pay using the money i have in my paypal when i buy some thing online.

I dont have credit card but have used my debit card with paypal. How do you think is that unsafe for payments? I have been doing all my transactions the same way from like a year and luckily have not faced any problems yet. Lemme know the kind of threats and I can make myself safe.

I think it is safe to use paypal. If the seller accepts paypal you can send money through paypal. You can also send cheque if he is from same nation. If the seller accepts you can directly transfer money to his bank account.
