But I would say that anyway, wouldn't I? If the guy is a rogue, he is probably already back on Ebay with a different account name and address descriptor. So your posting will have achieved zero. He probably got a payg SIM and used it just for this so couldn't care less. If the guy isn't a rogue, then there are plenty of reasons for not answering emails or calls. He could be in hospital. He could have rushed to his aged mother's bedside, in darkest Sutton Coldfield. His house could have caught fire. He could be a father trying to get access to a child and is currently chained to a tower crane. He could have criticised Bliar and be on his way to Gitmo. He could be a reservist and be disarming land mines as I write. In this case, publishing his details could cause him and, his family, deep distress. So, ok, I sympathise that you feel you need to do /something/ about being, perhaps, ripped off. But I just don't think that this is the way to do it.

Despite ebay.uk.co being a UK registered company you have to send the complaint in to their US address. It takes months. You will then only get anything if you have a no negative feedback. They try to wriggle out of everything as does Paypal. They tried it with me 2 years ago and I issued County Court action against them. They settled out of court for my full amount. __ 'I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips, Straining upon the start. Paypal/Ebay seems to deny all claims automatically if you are shipped anything. You really have to push your Credit Card company hard to get them to do a chargeback against Paypal. Don't rely on Paypal Buyer Protection, that is as worthless as a $3 bill! Ak

They took 3 months to settle my quite simple claim and also cancelled my account during that time as they didn't like me hassling them. I would now advise anyone to just send County Court summonses to their London address listed at the Business Registry website __ Your rights end, where my rights begin. I can please only one person per day. Today is not your day. Tomorrow isn't looking good, either.
