I PURCHASED an remote start, keyless entry alarm system for my Honda Civic from the Judy's Deals/ Cmttrading company at: INTERNET SOUND SOLUTIONS 299 OLD COUNTRY ROAD #22 San Carlos, Ca 94070 I had the unit installed at Best buys and the thing would open the doors alright, but when you activated the remote start it would start and run for about 1 minute then shut off and the alarm would go off.....Best buys says replace the unit....that the unit has back voltages everywhere and were fluctuating... Anyway, I have tried contacting the company twice already and they do not respond. Does anyone know how to actually speak to an EBAY representative or offer any information on what to do in a case such as this? Has anyone ever heard of this company? Vincent | ||
