| I tried to sell a cement mixer handyman size (Belle) I only wanted £60 UK for it. When I had 5 bidders I thought that was enough. So I ended the bidding early. The person who won the bid lived about 100 miles away ( in England that's a long way) They had put money into my account but I wanted cash on collection, as stated on the advert in ebay. They emailed me and wanted me to deliver to a motorway station and offered to pay petrol. I emailed them to say this was unacceptable. If they wanted to collect it would have to be next week-end as I was away the for long week-end comming. When I came back Monday night they emailed me to say that they where rempoving the money if I didnt contact them by Monday night. I also got a message from eBay saying that the bidder had removed the money on Sunday night. I then got the second highest bidder informed by email that he could get the mixer so far I heard nothing. My time is up for the second bidder to respond. I cant access the advet to get a second bite of the cherry and eBAy will not let me make a complaint until 7 days has expired. So do resubmit the advert on eBay and get a refund on the failed transaction,or wait 7days then get refund and start again? By the way the person who welch on the deal is someone who deals on eBay as a busuness. TIA Mike -- Remove the removespam from my address | |||

It sounds like you want the easy way out. Remember the customer is always right. Now the guy you sold the mixer to is going to give you negative feedback on eBay and bad mouth you on the internet. I would apologize ! -- Small home shop that produces wonderful custom jewelry. See a sample of our growing wears at http://www.macdesigns.biz Remember the name MAC Designs | |||
